1. Bidding & Ranking Rules

• •Minimum $5.00 Entry: Any product can join the active snake leaderboard for an entry floor of $5.00.
• •Two Ways to Climb: (1) Outbid higher listings directly with cash, or (2) play the 60 FPS Snake game in manual mode to earn ranking boosts (5,000 pts = +$1.00 boost).
• •Taking Rank #1: To claim the golden head of the snake, your effective rank value (Bid + Boosts) must exceed the current leader by at least $1.00.
• •Displacement: When you overtake another listing, it shifts one spot toward the tail. No listing is ever deleted or expired.
• •Re-Bidding: Placing another bid with the same domain adds cumulatively to your existing bid total.
• •Tie-Breaking: If two listings have the exact same rank score, the earlier timestamp holds the higher rank.

2. Strict Non-Refundable Terms

All bids submitted to SnakesBid are processed securely via Dodo Payments (Merchant of Record) and are 100% final and non-refundable under all circumstances. Because spot positions are broadcast instantly to live viewers, digital delivery is completed the millisecond the webhook confirms payment.

3. Acceptable Use & Content Standards

We reserve the right to remove any listing that violates fundamental safety guidelines without refund. Prohibited content includes:

• Malware, spyware, phishing links, or misleading redirects
• Hate speech, harassment, or illegal content
• Deceptive financial scams, pyramid schemes, or drainers

4. Click Tracking & Attribution

All outbound links append UTM parameters (utm_source=snakesbid&utm_medium=leaderboard&utm_campaign=rankN) for transparent attribution in Google Analytics, Plausible, PostHog, or any analytics tool.
